We are so excited for our biggest fundraiser of the season, our Trojan Pride Fireworks Stand!!!  

This is a fundraiser for the band/guard.  This will help put funds in student's trip accounts. Each volunteer will receive an hourly rate to go into the trip account.  We do not know how much each will get per hour until final numbers are counted.  

We are now opening up the sign up for the firework stand. From now until Monday, June 6th volunteers can sign up for 1 slot only, then after that all shifts are open. We want to be able to make sure everyone who wants a shift can get at least 1. (If you sign up for more than one shift, multiple shifts will be deleted)

If you do not show up for your slot you may be blocked from participating the rest of year.

This fundraiser will only be successful with a lot of help. Most of the kids have fun working it with their friends and we encourage it. However, it is hot and often time hard work but only in 3 hour shifts.

Dress code and what to bring

• Bring your own Water bottle/jug
• Wear closed toed shoes
• Wear Jenks Band Travel Shirt, Jenks Shirt or Previous year’s Fireworks shirt 

We also have an extra volunteer section at the bottom of the form.  Please sign up if you can work if we need additional help or have issues with no-shows.  Hopefully we won't have to send out an SOS but just in case.

Firework Location is at Elm St. and 106th Street in the open lot to the east MAP

We do have a mandatory training for all volunteers on Friday, June 24th at 7:00 pm (1st Meeting) and Saturday, June 25th at 9:00 am (2nd Meeting).  You must attend one of these meetings before you are able to work a shift. If you can't attend this meeting, please contact Brook Gibson to make other arrangements. brookgibson@ymail.com
