Band Banquet

Friday, May 3rd, 2024
Event at 7:00pm, at the Doubletree Warren Place
Doors open at 6:15. Come early to see the Senior Boards on display!
LIMITED SEATING AVAILABLE - RESERVE YOUR SEAT NOW IN YOUR FORMS! (Once you are logged into Membership Toolkit, Click “My Account”, “My Forms/Paperwork”, and “2024 Band Banquet Tickets”.)

Guard/Band student tickets are free but students MUST register online.

All other tickets are $30/each until midnight, Friday, April 19th.

If seating is still available after the 19th, the ticket price increases to $40/each.

Senior Survey

Senior Parents/Families, be sure to complete (to the best of your knowledge) this Senior Survey no later than Monday, April 15th at midnight so we can get your senior's information in the Band Banquet program!

Senior Parents/Families, if you're interested in purchasing a Senior Ad to be featured in the Band Banquet Program, you can do so in YOUR FORMS in the same window for Banquet Tickets:

Senior Boards

Seniors and Senior Families, you are invited to display your student's Senior Board at the Band Banquet! Please use a standard-sized tabletop tri-fold display board. Decorate it with photos and memorabilia from your Trojan Pride years! (NOTE: Senior Boards are optional; not a requirement.)
Please be at the Doubletree Warren Place 6:00-6:15pm to display your Senior Board.

Spring Concessions
There are several opportunities this spring to earn money for your trip account. The funds in your trip account can be used toward costs such as registration, solo and ensemble fees, and the trips that the band takes.

New opportunities are added often so check back. We will be offering concessions at the WGPO Championships in addition to baseball.

BAND TOGETHER

2023-2024

In supporting a Jenks Trojan Pride student, your contribution directly benefits that student. Through the “Band Together” program, students are asking 10 people to sponsor them for $20 each. This money will go directly into their individual band account and be used for trip costs, uniform fees, competition fees, etc. More importantly, your donation will help contribute toward a lifetime of memories both on and off the field.
