MANDATORY PARENT MEETING

Thursday, August 4th at 7:00 pm

At the Building 6 Auditorium

This is our first in person parent meeting of the season.  We will be sharing a lot of information about the 2022 Trojan Pride Marching season. We will try to answer all questions that you may have.  We look forward to seeing you on Thursday.

Mr. Gartner & His Family Need Our Help!

     Hello, Trojan Pride Family! Mr. Gartner and his family are getting a new home which is very exciting! However, in the meantime all of their belongings are packed away in PODs (including their entire kitchen!) while they prepare the new home. We would love to help support them during this challenging time by donating to a Meal Train! The easiest way would be to donate GrubHub gift cards or cash donations to feed them during this transition as delivery of food to their current location will be difficult. 
     It will also help so much because Mr. Gartner is away from home during this time at Pre-Band with our students.
 You are also welcome to send your cash donation in an envelope with your student addressed to Mr. Gartner's on the outside. It can be delivered to Mr. Hillock at the school. We will ensure it gets to Mr. Gartner and his family!

Lock-In

Parents, after the parent performance on August 12th, the band and guard students are invited to attend the annual student Lock-In Party at Incredible Pizza, 8314 E. 71st Street (south of Woodland Hills Mall). Students will be able to eat, play arcade games, drive go-carts, ride a mini-roller coaster, play putt-putt, bowl, and jump on their trampolines. The party will be from 10:30 pm to 1:30 am. Tickets are $25.00 per student and includes a full buffet and a $15 game card.

You can pay online by credit card or turn in money after evening rehearsal.  We will have a parent in the stands collecting money starting Tuesday, August 2rd.  Also, we will collect money at the parent meeting Thursday, August 4th.

Money is due by Monday, August 8th after evening rehearsal.

NEW!!! Jenks Band Website Updates

The Jenks Band - the 2022 marching band page has been updated on the band website. Make sure and read through all the information in order to be ready for rehearsals at the end of July.  

Look for more updates to be added in the very near future.

Jenks Band Parent Website Updated

We updated the JBP website on July 1st.  This included advancing all the student's grade level from the 21-22 to 22-23 school year and moving every user account to an outdated status. 

If you have a student active in the 2022 marching band or color guard, please login to your account and verify your contact and student information is correct and update if necessary. - Thank you
