Important information when you create your account 

  • One parent will need to create an account first
    • They will add a 2nd Parent (not required) *
      • *BUT, if another parent is going to be responsible for making payments on a students account, they will need to be linked to the account because students information can only be linked to one account.

    • They will add their band student(s)
      • Make sure you enter the band student's email address. Then when their student creates an account with their email address, the accounts will link.

  • Students will need to create their own account that will link to their parents account so that they can volunteer for events and also see their trip account and balance.
