At first, please sign up for only one shift so everyone has a chance to participate. Starting June 15 at 12:00am, you may sign up for as many additional shifts as you would like. For safety in the heat, no one may work more than two shifts in a row.

Thanks to everyone that attended the Glenpool training we had a great turn out. Don’t forget to attend the training session in sand springs 6/17/26 at 7pm if you missed the Glenpool training.

We appreciate everyone volunteering and look forward to our most successful year yet as we celebrate our country’s 250th anniversary!

2026 Super Regional Indy Trip Fee

The anticipated cost for the trip is $868.00. Payments will be divided up into four equal payments with the first one due June 30th. The first payment must be paid to participate in Pre-Band starting July 20th. Find the form via My Account -> My Forms/Paperwork. Please Read -- addition to Physical Needed

There is a new district requirement in addition to the normal physical needed to participate in Marching Band.

You will need to log into Rank One and complete these forms prior to Summer Band:

Emergency Consent/Travel Consent/Assumption of Risk-Extracurricular Activities
Extracurricular Activities Alcohol and Drug Contract

If you don't have these forms when you log-in, you may need to edit your student's profile to "band" to see them (this is a blue button "+ADD Sport/Activity").

**Please note, even if you did the mass physical with the school, you will still need to log in to complete these two additional forms.

Fireworks Volunteer Training

For those planning on volunteering to help run the fireworks stand during the season, volunteer training will be handled differently this year. Please mark your calendar and plan on attending one of the trainings.

PHYSICAL & MEDICAL RELEASE FORMS

OSSAA requires students to complete a Medical Eligibility form or a Physical Examination form before participating in Marching Band.

There have been a couple of changes:

OSSAA will accept either of the two different forms - either a Medical Eligibility form or a Physical Examination form completed by a physician.
- Medical Eligibility form
- Physical Examination form
Parents will be responsible for creating their student’s account on Rank One and uploading forms directly to their website.
- Rank One Parent Instructions

Forms must be completed and uploaded before pre-band begins in July. Like registration fees, students will not be allowed to participate or attend any rehearsals until the form is completed and uploaded to Rank One.

*If you attended the mass physical in May, they will have uploaded the forms for you.

Payments/Fundraiser Money

Just a reminder that credit card is our preferred payment method. There are no convenience fees and this is the safest and fastest way for your payment to be reflected to your account. However, we understand there are some that prefer paying by cash or credit card.

In supporting a Jenks Trojan Pride student, your contribution directly benefits that student. Through the “Band Together” program, students are asking 10 people to sponsor them for $20 each.
