Treasurer Updates

 

Fall Trip:

All 2026 Trip Fees should be paid by the end of this month! If you will not be able to pay in FULL by the end of September, you must contact the Treasurer at  trojanpridetreasurer@gmail.com.

 

Honor Band:

The NCDA and OMEA Honor Band fees have been applied to accounts.  Please access Membership Toolkit (parent site) and access Previous Orders to find your order.  Payment for these orders are due September 18th (Friday).

 

Spring Concert Trips:

Payments for the Spring Concert Trips will be October through February.  We realize this will be a tight turn around after students are selected for concert bands the last week of October, but we wanted to spread the payments into 5 months.  Trip fees are estimated to be $1300-$2500 depending on location.  Please plan your budgets and fundraising accordingly!

 

 

Flowers Sales Happening Now!

The link will be live from September 13th- September 26th.  All profits from the flowers that your child sells will go to their trip account.

Pick up will be October 7th at BattleCreek Church- Jenks, approximately 4:30-6:30.  Students are responsible for picking up orders and delivering them.

We’re so grateful for the amazing support of our fans and proud parents at rehearsals! While we love your enthusiasm, please remember that sharing videos of our show preview online can violate copyright agreements and may impact competition judging.

We kindly ask that any recordings be kept for personal memories until our season concludes. If you’ve already shared one, we’d truly appreciate it if you could take it down. A small snippet no more than 5-10 seconds long is fine but please don’t share a long video.

2026 Super Regional Indy Trip Fee

 

Must be paid in full at the end of September.  

 

 The anticipated cost for the trip is $868.00. Payments will be divided up into four equal payments with the first one due June 30th.  The first payment must be paid to participate in Pre-Band starting July 20th.  Find the form via My Account -> My Forms/Paperwork.  Please contact the Treasurer via email at TrojanPrideTreasurer@gmail.com if you have any questions.

Trunk-or-Treat 

Thursday, October 29th immediately following evening rehearsal, we will host a Trunk-or-Treat.

Hometown Huddle!

Hometown Huddle is scheduled for the evening Friday, October 30th in the hours before the Jenks vs Moore football game. It is the Jenks Public Schools Foundation’s annual carnival-style block party. 

 

Visit the Trojan Pride booth to play a game and win prizes. Please be sure to stop by any and all of the below food trucks/booths. They are donating a percentage of their evening’s sales to the Trojan Pride!

Student Drop-Off and Pick-Up Procedure

 

For the safety of our students, please see below image outlining the drop off and pick up procedure for the band parking lot. 

 

The route is to enter the parking lot from the South entrance and proceed to the curb near the school buildings in a single file and then exit the parking lot from the North exit.

 

Please note the four 'No Parking' locations that are highlighted in red. No one should park in these areas, this includes stopping your vehicle to let a student out. These areas should be left open completely.

 

Remember, we have a lot of tired students walking through this parking lot, some of which are newer drivers.
